ITS Student Visit, 28 October 2025

Lamongan Shorebase welcomed 50 students and 2 lecturers from the Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) Surabaya – Fakultas Teknik Kelautan (Pengelolaan Wilayah Pesisir dan Pulau-pulau Kecil terpadu). The educational visit provided participants with firsthand insights into the operational, logistical, and coastal-management aspects of Indonesia’s leading integrated oil and gas shorebase facility.

During the visit, ITS students learned about the role of Lamongan Shorebase in supporting offshore operations, environmental stewardship, coastal area utilization, and sustainable industrial practices. The engagement reflects Lamongan Shorebase’s ongoing commitment to supporting academic development, strengthening industry–university collaboration, and fostering future talent in coastal and marine management.This event underscores ITS’s commitment to producing industry-ready graduates equipped with both academic excellence and field competency.

Independence Day 2025

Lamongan Shorebase proudly celebrated Indonesia’s 80th Independence Day with a series of employee-engagement activities held from 11 to 22 August 2025 at Lamongan Shorebase. The festivities brought together all employees and dedicated personnel through various fun games and “Senam Sehat Ceria” sessions designed to promote teamwork, wellness, and a spirit of unity.

The celebration not only strengthened camaraderie across departments but also reflected the company’s commitment to fostering a positive, energetic, and collaborative workplace culture in honoring the nation’s Independence Day.

KPPBC TMP B Gresik (Beacukai Gresik) Visit

Lamongan Shorebase Welcomes Courtesy Visit from Gresik Customs Office (KPPBC TMP B Gresik)

Lamongan Shorebase had the honor of welcoming the Head of KPPBC TMP B Gresik, Mr. Asep Munandar, and his delegation as part of the Customs Visit Customer (CVC) program. The visit highlighted the strong partnership between Lamongan Shorebase and the Gresik Customs Office in supporting safe, compliant, and efficient operational activities within the oil and gas supply chain.

During the visit, the delegation explored several key facilities within the Lamongan Shorebase area, including the Bonded Logistics Center (Pusat Logistik Berikat) operated by PT Eastern Logistics, which provides integrated logistics services to support oil and gas, drilling, and offshore operations across East Java and Eastern Indonesia. Currently, PT Eastern Logistics serves 10 oil and gas companies, reinforcing the strategic role of Lamongan Shorebase as a leading integrated service hub for the industry.

The group also visited the Temporary Storage Area (Tempat Penimbunan Sementara) and Customs Area (Kawasan Pabean) managed by PT East Java Multipurpose Terminal (EJMT). These facilities play a vital role in supporting the regional economy, particularly in the processing and movement of manufacturing materials, raw commodities, frozen goods, food products, steel, and construction materials for East Java and surrounding regions.

Representing PT Eastern Logistics, Mr. Surya expressed appreciation for the visit and highlighted the importance of maintaining strong collaboration with Gresik Customs to ensure smooth operations and future business growth.

Mr. Asep Munandar emphasized the commitment of Gresik Customs to continuously improve service quality, remain open to feedback from business partners, and support industry players in expanding their operations and contributing to regional economic growth. He also reminded his team to uphold excellent service standards and perform their duties in full compliance with applicable regulations.

The visit further strengthened the productive relationship between Lamongan Shorebase and the Gresik Customs Office, reinforcing a shared commitment to operational excellence, compliance, and sustainable industry development.

Idul Adha 1446H

Lamongan Shorebase commemorated Idul Adha 1446 H on 6 June 2025 through a series of qurban activities held across several locations within the operational area. At the Lamongan Shorebase, the slaughtering of cows and goats took place at Sumur Sepaku and Al Kautsar Mosque, involving employees, local partners, and community representatives. Similar qurban ceremonies were also conducted in Kemantren Village, including Al Abror Mosque, Makam Mbah Wiro Mantri, and the Rukun Nelayan Office, reinforcing the company’s ongoing commitment to social and religious engagement. In addition, the HNSI Paciran Office participated in the distribution of qurban meat to local residents, ensuring the spirit of Idul Adha was shared widely across coastal communities. Through these activities, Lamongan Shorebase strengthened collaboration with surrounding stakeholders while supporting community welfare during the sacred celebration.

Akademi Pelayaran Nasional visit, 22 May 2025

Lamongan Shorebase welcomed cadets from the Akademi Pelayaran Nasional as part of their Field Practice Program, aimed at strengthening their competencies in merchant shipping, port management, logistics management, and maritime transportation.

During the visit, the cadets received briefings and firsthand exposure to shorebase operations, port logistic flows, offshore industry support facilities, and best practices related to safety and operational efficiency. This activity provided valuable industry insight that supports the development of skilled maritime professionals in line with real-world operational demands.

Lamongan Shorebase remains committed to supporting education and fostering strong collaboration between the maritime industry and academic institutions to help prepare the next generation of maritime and logistics professionals.

ITS Student

On May 6, 2025, students from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) – Program Studi Teknik Lepas Pantai, participated in the third installment of the Geotechnical Offshore Field Study at Lamongan Shorebase. This hands-on educational activity focused on Landside Surveying (LS) and the construction of breakwaters, offering students practical insight into coastal engineering techniques and infrastructure development.

The field study aims to strengthen academic understanding through real-world exposure, bridging theory with practical field applications in offshore geotechnics and coastal protection.

This event underscores ITS’s commitment to producing industry-ready graduates equipped with both academic excellence and field competency.

PMI Award – April 2025

Lamongan Shorebase received a prestigious award from Palang Merah Indonesia (PMI) Lamongan on April 16, 2025, in recognition of its outstanding role as a coordinator and top corporate donor in the blood donation category. The award highlights Lamongan Shorebase’s continued commitment to humanitarian causes, particularly in supporting local health services through regular and well-organized blood donation drives. This honor reflects the dedication of the company and its employees in contributing meaningfully to the community’s well-being.

Nuzulul Qur’an 1445H

In celebration of Nuzulul Qur’an, Lamongan Shorebase held a special religious gathering to commemorate the revelation of the Holy Qur’an, an important moment in the Islamic calendar. The event, attended by employees and invited community members, featured a Qur’an recitation, a religious lecture (tausiyah), and collective prayers to deepen spiritual reflection during the holy month of Ramadan.

Orphanage & Dhuafa Breakfasting on March 2025

On March 26, 2025, Lamongan Shorebase hosted a special breakfasting event dedicated to orphans and dhuafa as part of its Ramadan community outreach program. Held in a warm and inclusive atmosphere, the event brought together dozens of participants for an evening of compassion, togetherness, and spiritual reflection. The initiative aimed to share the blessings of the holy month and provide meaningful support to those in need.

In addition to a nutritious iftar meal, participants received personal care packages and words of encouragement from the Lamongan Shorebase team, reflecting the company’s deep commitment to uplifting the local community. Food Pack Distribution to Kranji Village 2025

On March 20, 2025, Lamongan Shorebase continued its spirit of giving in the holy month of Ramadan by distributing food packs (sembako) to orphans in Kranji Village. This initiative aimed to provide essential support to underprivileged children and ensure their basic needs are met during this sacred time. The donation included daily necessities such as rice, cooking oil, sugar, and other staple items.
