HIV AIDS SOCIALIZATION

In a concerted effort to raise awareness and educate the community about HIV/AIDS, Lamongan Shorebase held a socialization event at 8 and 12 November 2024, targeting employees, productive-age teenagers – senior high school students of Maulana Ishaq, and the local community of Kemantren Village.

The program aimed to provide comprehensive information on HIV/AIDS prevention, early detection, and the importance of breaking stigma around the disease. Experts delivered interactive sessions to educate attendees about safe practices, the significance of health screenings, and the importance of supportive attitudes towards those affected.

“This initiative reflects our commitment to contributing to the well-being of our employees and the surrounding community,” said a representative from Lamongan Shorebase. “We believe awareness is a powerful tool in combating the spread of HIV/AIDS.”

Blood Donation September 2024

HARHUBNAS 2024

Running from July 15 to August 15, 2024, the program is designed to immerse students in real-world corporate dynamics and warehouse operations, providing an in-depth understanding of essential business and logistics processes.

During this intensive one-month program, participants will explore corporate strategy, administrative functions, and supply chain management, while gaining practical insights into inventory control, warehouse safety, and logistics optimization. Guided by industry experts at Lamongan Shorebase, students will develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills, enhancing their readiness for future careers. Lamongan Shorebase is excited to announce the initiation of an On-Job Training (OJT) program in partnership with SMK Tarbiyatus Shibyan Kemantren Paciran Lamongan, scheduled from January 15, 2024, to July 30, 2024. This program is designed to provide students with practical, hands-on experience in key departments including Procurement, Finance, and Fleet Operations. By integrating academic learning with real-world applications, Lamongan Shorebase aims to equip young talents with the essential skills and knowledge required to excel in the maritime and corporate sectors.

Throughout the six-month training period, participants will engage in various projects and daily operations under the mentorship of experienced professionals. In the Procurement department, students will learn about supplier management and contract negotiations, while the Finance team will introduce them to budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting. The Fleet Operations department will offer insights into vessel management, logistics, and operational efficiency.
