On May 6, 2025, students from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) – Program Studi Teknik Lepas Pantai, participated in the third installment of the Geotechnical Offshore Field Study at Lamongan Shorebase. This hands-on educational activity focused on Landside Surveying (LS) and the construction of breakwaters, offering students practical insight into coastal engineering techniques and infrastructure development.

The field study aims to strengthen academic understanding through real-world exposure, bridging theory with practical field applications in offshore geotechnics and coastal protection.

This event underscores ITS’s commitment to producing industry-ready graduates equipped with both academic excellence and field competency.

PMI Award – April 2025

Lamongan Shorebase received a prestigious award from Palang Merah Indonesia (PMI) Lamongan on April 16, 2025, in recognition of its outstanding role as a coordinator and top corporate donor in the blood donation category. The award highlights Lamongan Shorebase’s continued commitment to humanitarian causes, particularly in supporting local health services through regular and well-organized blood donation drives. This honor reflects the dedication of the company and its employees in contributing meaningfully to the community’s well-being.

Presented during a formal appreciation ceremony, the award signifies not just the quantity of donations, but the impact of Lamongan Shorebase’s coordinated efforts in mobilizing employees and fostering a culture of compassion and public service. Nuzulul Qur’an 1445H

In celebration of Nuzulul Qur’an, Lamongan Shorebase held a special religious gathering to commemorate the revelation of the Holy Qur’an, an important moment in the Islamic calendar. The event, attended by employees and invited community members, featured a Qur’an recitation, a religious lecture (tausiyah), and collective prayers to deepen spiritual reflection during the holy month of Ramadan.

Held in a serene and respectful setting, the Nuzulul Qur’an event served as a reminder of the values of faith, patience, and compassion. Lamongan Shorebase continues to honor important religious moments like this to strengthen spiritual bonds within the workplace and reinforce its commitment to cultural and religious harmony.

LS Breakfasting 2025

On March 19, 2025, Lamongan Shorebase held a joyful and unifying iftar (breaking of the fast) gathering for all employees, fostering togetherness during the holy month of Ramadan. The event provided a meaningful moment for employees from various departments to come together, reflect, and strengthen team spirit in an atmosphere filled with gratitude and camaraderie.

Held at the Lamongan Shorebase facility, the evening began with brief remarks from management, followed by a shared meal that brought a sense of unity and appreciation across all levels of the organization. This annual breakfasting tradition underscores the company’s commitment to employee well-being, cultural respect, and internal harmony during one of the most spiritual times of the year.

Blood Donation March 2025

On March 11, 2025, Lamongan Shorebase successfully held a blood donation event, inviting employees to take part in this meaningful and life-saving initiative. Organized in collaboration with local health authorities, the event aimed to help maintain the regional blood supply while promoting a culture of empathy, volunteerism, and social awareness among staff.

The drive saw enthusiastic participation from employees across departments, reflecting a strong sense of unity and care within the workplace. Through this initiative, Lamongan Shorebase once again demonstrated its ongoing commitment to corporate social responsibility and community health, highlighting the company’s dedication not just to operational excellence, but also to the well-being of those beyond its gates.

 

Free Takjil Ramadhan 1445H

As part of its Ramadan initiatives, Lamongan Shorebase provided free takjil (light snacks for breaking the fast) to all employees throughout the holy month. This daily gesture, prepared with care and distributed before Maghrib, created a warm and inclusive atmosphere, allowing employees to break their fast together conveniently—even during working hours.

The free takjil program was well-received across departments, reflecting the company’s appreciation for its employees’ dedication and its respect for religious practices. More than just a meal, this initiative symbolized solidarity, care, and the spirit of togetherness that defines the month of Ramadan at Lamongan Shorebase.

HIV AIDS SOCIALIZATION

In a concerted effort to raise awareness and educate the community about HIV/AIDS, Lamongan Shorebase held a socialization event at 8 and 12 November 2024, targeting employees, productive-age teenagers – senior high school students of Maulana Ishaq, and the local community of Kemantren Village.

The program aimed to provide comprehensive information on HIV/AIDS prevention, early detection, and the importance of breaking stigma around the disease. Experts delivered interactive sessions to educate attendees about safe practices, the significance of health screenings, and the importance of supportive attitudes towards those affected.

“This initiative reflects our commitment to contributing to the well-being of our employees and the surrounding community,” said a representative from Lamongan Shorebase. “We believe awareness is a powerful tool in combating the spread of HIV/AIDS.”

Attendees expressed their appreciation for the program, noting its relevance in promoting healthy lifestyles and fostering an informed community. The event concluded with a Q&A session, ensuring participants left with a better understanding of the topic.

HARHUBNAS 2024

Lamongan Shorebase proudly participated in Hari Perhubungan Nasional (HARHUBNAS) 2024, a national celebration aimed at promoting the transportation sector and fostering community spirit. The events, organized by KSOP Kelas III Tanjung Pakis, included charitable donations, a futsal tournament, a volleyball tournament, and a movement dedicated to cleaning the sea and beach. These activities aligned with Lamongan Shorebase’s commitment to sustainability, social responsibility, and promoting a healthy, active lifestyle among its employees.

Through its involvement in the Clean Sea and Beach movement, Lamongan Shorebase actively contributed to environmental conservation efforts, reinforcing its dedication to protecting coastal ecosystems.
